Camp Avoda’s staff is how we differentiate ourselves from other camps. Almost all our counselors were once Avoda campers and successful graduates of the Avoda Counselor-in-Training (C.I.T.) program.

In addition to our Administration, who have over 100 years of combined experience at Camp Avoda, we have a camper-to-counselor ratio of 4:1. As former campers of Avoda, our counselors impart the lessons of brotherhood, leadership, spirit, and tradition onto their campers. Our staff is comprised of over 95% former campers and CIT’s.
